The red wood is from a barn in Vermontville, Michigan. It was figured to be built in the 1870's using a variety of local wood to that area. The white wood is from a barn in Morley Michigan. It was constructed and owned by Myron Boyd sometime between 1880-1890. He was a local bee keeper and operated a dairy farm and later served as the town commissioner. Both barns were salvaged and brought to California. The barn history and wood was from American Barn and Wood in Paso Robles, CA.
